Out of respect for the environment, these are only imported in season, i.e. in January. While the zest is used for the alcoholic Souboziane, the juice of the fruit is used in the non-alcoholic Siroziane, the organic gentian-based cocktail syrup for the perfect non-alcoholic aperitif.
As it is a seasonal product, the Siroziane is only available from March onwards, according to the principle: "it lasts as long as it lasts".
