After school, Ted starts an apprenticeship twice - and drops out twice. The repetitive nature of a 9-to-5 job doesn't really suit Ted's go-getting nature.
When he sees an ad on the internet for the European Bartender School in Berlin, he signs up and starts at the Cuba Club after graduation.
Since 1 January 2020, he has been mixing behind the bar at Tabaco Lounge as Barkeeper and assistant bar manager.
The 10 questions

I turn on the Music and the coffee machine.
3. What do you love about your job?
The variety. I never enjoyed the 9 to 5 style of work.
4. What gets on your nerves the most?
When guests whistle. That's a no-go.
5. A world without social media would be...
... probably quite nice. But actually, you can't really imagine it without it anymore.
6. What was your craziest trip?
When I was 18, we went by car to Prague for the Silver Star night. You saw a lot there.
7. the most unusual cocktail you've ever made.
An espresso martini twist with homemade gingerbread syrup and a mezcal chilli infusion.
8. the last luxury you allowed yourself.
In October, I spent a few days in Basel at the Hotel Märthof with my girlfriend at the time.
9. three qualities to describe you.
I am ambitious, hospitable and reserved.
10. The last 100 francs and only 24 hours left...
