The course participants learned the basic rules to be observed in a bar at the Felix Bar in Zurich. In the theoretical part, Kaspar Keller gave the heterogeneous group in-depth insights into the exciting world of spirits, from their origin to the production of individual spirits such as vodka, liqueurs, gin, whisky, rum, tequila and fruit brandies. The taste senses were also stimulated by the tasting of the individual spirits categories and the self-mixed cocktails.
The participants were also happy to prepare their own creations practically behind the bar and under the guidance of Felix Haag, in addition to cocktail classics. In the future, they will thus be able to mix exceptional cocktails with the right technique and spoil their guests.
