The backdrop in the bar of the Stage 12 Hotel presented itself as a combination of majestic Alps and stately summer rain. It was a portent of a brilliant finale that saw the Made in GSA Competition return to Austria for the third time overall - and first time since 2017.
"I know I say this every year, but this year the level was extremely high," announced jury member Thomas Huhn. "The field is really very close together and I'm thrilled with the drinks." This high quality was also the reason why the jury ultimately sat together longer than in previous years until the decision was made.
