The ten Barkeeper of the category "Barkeeper of the year" and the six young talents in the category "Best Barkeeper Talent" will demonstrate their knowledge and skills in the coming weeks. Likewise, the submitted documents of the bar businesses will be evaluated in detail by the jury before the shortlist is then published on September 8, 2023.
