The bouquet is characterised by tart, aromatic herbs and roots that are handpicked and infused in alcohol. This infusion is then sweetened, bottled at 21% by volume and stored so that the aromas combine.
Bitter di Berna is best enjoyed neat on ice, with Tom's Bitter Clamansi as a fruity long drink or as part of a Negroni. Available from the Drink Tom's website.
