Alcohol-free cocktails belong on every bar menu today. Barkeeper and restaurateurs have recognized that guests who never consume alcohol or do not want to drink alcohol at all still want an attractive alternative that is both tasty and aesthetically pleasing. These guests also want to be able to experience and enjoy the special atmosphere in a bar and the bartender's craft.
However, if you want to create convincing cocktails without alcohol, you sometimes have to show courage and be able to think "out of the box". So be there live when the finalists of the 13th Swiss Nullpromille Trophy present their recipes on Monday, February 5, 2024.

The final of the 13th Swiss Nullpromille Trophy is open to the public for the first time. Anyone interested is cordially invited to support the finalists on site. Admission is free and you don't need to buy a ticket. Just drop by!
