The Swiss Nullpromille Trophy Mocktail Competition is looking for the best non-alcoholic cocktail in Switzerland. In two categories "Fancy Drink" and "Sparkling Cocktail", creative Barkeeper mix non-alcoholic cocktails from sophisticated ingredients.

The Mocktail Competition will be held for the 13th time in 2024. The Swiss Nullpromille Trophy is considered the oldest competition for non-alcoholic drinks in Switzerland.

Simple participation

The regulations of the Swiss Nullpromille Trophy are simple.

  • All Barkeeper (m/f) who work full-time or part-time behind the counter in Switzerland are eligible to participate.
  • All participants may submit one recipe per category.
  • The recipes must be new and unpublished and consist of a maximum of five ingredients.
  • The products must be commercially available.

Procedure Mocktail Competition

All recipes submitted will first be viewed and evaluated by a jury. The 6 participants per category who have sent in the best recipes will be invited to the grand Swiss final on Monday, February 5, 2024. There they will present their cocktails to a panel of experts.

Final on February 5, 2024 at the soho Basel

The final of the 13th Swiss Nullpromille Trophy will take place on Monday, February 5, 2024 from 1 p.m. at soho in Basel and will be open to the public for the first time (free of charge). Interested parties are cordially invited to actively support the finalists on site.

12.45 pm: Opening for the guests
1.00 pm: Start of the competition
4.00 pm: Ranking announcement and winner interviews
4.30 pm: Thanks and farewell

Winner price

The winners in both categories will each receive a fantastic weekend of relaxation for 2 people worth CHF 1,250 as well as a portrait in the Swiss trade magazine BAR NEWS worth CHF 2,750.
