Creative Barkeeper wanted
The Swiss Nullpromille Trophy Mocktail Competition is looking for the best non-alcoholic cocktail in Switzerland. In two categories "Fancy Drink" and "Sparkling Cocktail", creative Barkeeper mix non-alcoholic cocktails from sophisticated ingredients.
The Mocktail Competition will be held for the 14th time in 2025. The Swiss Nullpromille Trophy is considered the oldest competition for non-alcoholic drinks in Switzerland.

Simple participation
The regulations of the Swiss Nullpromille Trophy are simple.
- All Barkeeper (m/f) who work full-time or part-time behind the counter in Switzerland are eligible to participate.
- All participants may submit one recipe per category.
- The recipes must be new and unpublished and consist of a maximum of five ingredients.
- The products must be commercially available.

All submitted recipes will first be viewed and evaluated by a jury. The 6 participants per category who have sent in the best recipes will be invited to the grand Swiss final on Monday, January 27, 2025. There they will present their cocktails to a panel of experts.
Final on January 27, 2025 at Clouds, Zurich
The final of the 14th Swiss Nullpromille Trophy will take place on Monday, January 27, 2025 from 1 p.m. and is open to the public (free of charge, no registration required). Interested persons are cordially invited to actively support the finalists on site.

Winner price
The winners in both categories will each receive a fantastic weekend of relaxation for 2 people worth CHF 1,250 as well as a portrait in the Swiss trade magazine BAR NEWS worth CHF 2,750.
