Creative Barkeeper wanted
The Swiss Nullpromille Trophy Mocktail Competition is looking for the best non-alcoholic cocktail in Switzerland. In two categories "Fancy Drink" and "Sparkling Cocktail", creative Barkeeper mix non-alcoholic cocktails from sophisticated ingredients.
The Mocktail Competition will be held for the 15th time in 2026. The Swiss Nullpromille Trophy is the oldest competition for alcohol-free drinks in Switzerland.


Simple participation
The regulations of the Swiss Nullpromille Trophy are simple.
- All Barkeeper (m/f) who work full-time or part-time behind the counter in Switzerland are eligible to participate.
- All participants may submit one recipe per category.
- The recipes must be new and unpublished and consist of a maximum of five ingredients.
- The products must be commercially available.

All submitted recipes will first be viewed and evaluated by a jury. The 6 participants per category who have sent in the best recipes will be invited to the grand Swiss final on Monday, January 26, 2026. There they will present their cocktails to a panel of experts.


Final on January 26, 2026 at Clouds, Zurich
The final of the 15th Swiss Nullpromille Trophy will take place on Monday, January 26, 2026 from approx. 1 p.m. at Clouds, Zurich and is open to the public (free of charge, no registration required). Interested parties are cordially invited to actively support the finalists on site.
