Noah Bächi from Dry Club / Tipsy Tiger in Zurich and Ramiro Smith from The Seven Spirits Bar – Bergwelt Grindelwald Alpine Design Resort in Grindelwald impressed the jury with their creative drinks "Tea-riffic" and "Uva Sana." The grand finale took place in the high-altitude Clouds Bar in the Prime Tower and offered spectacular views – both of Zurich and of the future of non-alcoholic cocktail artistry.
A finale full of innovation and passion
For the 15th time, trade magazine BAR NEWS hosted the grand showdown for Switzerland's best non-alcoholic cocktails. A total of twelve finalists from across Switzerland competed to impress the jury with their unique creations. The aim was not only to impress in terms of taste and appearance, but also to demonstrate the broad spectrum and innovative power of non-alcoholic mixology.
"When we launched the Nullpromille Trophy 15 years Nullpromille Trophy , there was a lot of skepticism in the industry," recalls Ruedi Zotter, initiator of the Trophy and publisher of BAR NEWS. "Today, non-alcoholic cocktail culture is an established phenomenon – no longer just an alternative, but a beverage category in its own right." Michael Zotter, organizer of the Trophy, also emphasizes this development: "Manufacturers, consumers, and the bar scene have evolved enormously in recent years – non-alcoholic drinks are now a must-have on every bar menu."

Over 50 recipes, two categories, two winners
In the run-up to the Trophy, Barkeeper from all over Switzerland submitted over 50 specially created non-alcoholic cocktail recipes. A jury of experts evaluated them anonymously and selected the best twelve for the final. There, the finalists in the "Fancy" and "Sparkling" categories faced a three-person panel of experts.
The jury was impressed by the creativity and craftsmanship of the participants. In the end, Noah Bächi and Ramiro Smith won with their unique creations. Their victory will be rewarded with a gourmet weekend at the Hotel Grace La Margna in St. Moritz – as well as an exclusive portrait in the leading Swiss trade magazine BAR NEWS.

Finale with an audience and a unique atmosphere
The final of the Swiss Nullpromille Trophy was once again open to the public this year. Numerous guests did not miss out on the spectacle and enthusiastically supported the participants. The atmosphere in the Clouds Bar was motivating - a clear sign that the future of alcohol-free cocktail culture is more exciting and multifaceted than ever before.
