Morand cocktail workshop in the Südbar St. Gallen

As part of its successful event series, the Valais distillery brings spirits made from Williams pears and Luizet apricots to the cocktail shakers of professional bartenders. After events in Lucerne, Bern, Basel, and Fribourg, the Morand cocktail workshop took place in St. Gallen in June 2023.

After school, I started an apprenticeship in the hospitality industry in Freiburg, and after my studies and military service, I worked as a waitress in a business hotel in Mainz.
