| 0.5 cl | Coconut syrup Monin |
| 0.5 cl | Caramel syrup Monin |
| 2 drops | Saline solution 80/20 (Homemade) |
Preparation: Prepare all ingredients in a mixing glass
Decoration: orange zest, golden Lindor ball (coconut)
Swiss Orchid (long drink)

| 1 cl | Quince Morand Mixology Line |
| 1 bar spoon | Raspberry syrup, Monin |
| 7 cl | Aranciata Rossa, Lurisia |
| 8 cl | Cranberry Ocean Spray / Ricola Espuma (Homemade) |
Preparation: Shake the ingredients, double strain and pour into a highball on ice, top up with Lurisia, top up with espuma and garnish.
