The previous owners found suitable partners in the Kracht family to ensure the successful continuation of Walhalladrink AG. This merger brings together two long-established family-owned companies in the Swiss beverage industry.
With this acquisition, Baur au Lac Vins will gain access to new regions in the Swiss market through Walhalladrink AG’s existing distribution network. In addition, the product lines of both companies complement each other. Walhalladrink AG will continue to operate as an independent company with its own brand and its own location in Netstal.
