The 41-year-old business economist already knows Appenzeller Alpenbitter AG as a long-standing member of the Board of Directors, as head of various projects and as a member of the shareholder family. Nevertheless, he went through the multi-stage application process carried out by a management recruitment company to fill the publicly advertised position.
His professional stations include Red Bull (Schweiz) AG, the former CCA Angehrn AG and Coop (sales region Eastern Switzerland-Ticino). Pascal Loepfe-Brügger will take over from Stefan Maegli, who is taking on a new challenge professionally, on 1 October 2020.
