Ruben da Silva from the Eden Bar - La Réserve Eden au Lac in Zurich and Melina Reusser from the Atelier Classic Bar in Thun impressed the jury with their creative drinks "BeAware" and "Hibis-Kiss". The grand finale took place in the high-altitude Clouds Bar in the Prime Tower and offered spectacular views - both of Zurich and of the future of non-alcoholic cocktail art.
A finale full of innovation and passion
For the 14th time, the trade magazine BAR NEWS hosted the big showdown for the best non-alcoholic cocktails in Switzerland. A total of twelve finalists from all over Switzerland competed to impress the jury with their unique creations. The aim was not only to impress with their taste and appearance, but also to demonstrate the broad spectrum and innovative power of the art of non-alcoholic mixing.
"When we launched the Nullpromille Trophy 14 years ago, there was a lot of skepticism in the industry," recalls Ruedi Zotter, initiator of the Trophy and publisher of BAR NEWS. "Today, non-alcoholic cocktail culture is a permanent fixture - no longer just an alternative, but a beverage category in its own right." Michael Zotter, organizer of the Trophy, also underlines the development: "Producers, consumers and the bar scene have learned a lot in recent years - alcohol-free drinks are now a must-have on every bar menu."

Over 50 recipes, two categories, two winners
In the run-up to the Trophy, Barkeeper from all over Switzerland submitted over 50 specially created non-alcoholic cocktail recipes. A jury of experts evaluated them anonymously and selected the best twelve for the final. There, the finalists in the "Fancy" and "Sparkling" categories faced a three-person panel of experts.
The jury was impressed by the creativity and craftsmanship of the participants. In the end, Ruben da Silva and Melina Reusser impressed the judges with their unique creations. Their victory will be rewarded with a gourmet weekend at the Hotel Vitznauerhof in Vitznau and the Hotel Einstein in St. Gallen - as well as an exclusive portrait in the leading Swiss trade magazine BAR NEWS.

Finale with an audience and a unique atmosphere
The final of the Swiss Nullpromille Trophy was once again open to the public this year. Numerous guests did not miss out on the spectacle and enthusiastically supported the participants. The atmosphere in the Clouds Bar was motivating - a clear sign that the future of alcohol-free cocktail culture is more exciting and multifaceted than ever before.
