This will take place from November 17 to 19, 2024 at CERM in Martigny. Café, restaurant, bar and hotel operators, organizations and players in the food service sector from the neighbouring flat and mountain regions will spend three days exchanging ideas with service providers and suppliers who are active in the fields of industrial or artisanal food products, equipment and materials for kitchens and hotels, hygiene, tableware, new technologies or services. Exhibitors can register until May 31.
