Following the withdrawal from the new building project on Vulkanstrasse in Zurich-Altstetten in March 2025, the insights gained were transferred into an extended requirements profile. This defines the spatial and functional requirements for the future realization of the project.
Ongoing operations in the Limmathaus will continue until May 2027. Parallel to the search for a location, X-TRA Production AG is open to cooperation with real estate developers, institutions or authorities that have suitable space or are planning corresponding projects.
