Nicolo Paganini appointed as new SBV President

At the general meeting on April 28, Nicolas Paganini, a member of the Swiss People's Party (CVP) from St. Gallen, was unanimously elected president of the Swiss Brewers Association (SBV).
CVP National Councillor Nicolo Paganini is the new SBC President.

The 54-year-old succeeds Dr Markus Zemp, who was awarded the "ad gloriam cerevisiae" beer medal at the AGM and made an honorary member. Antonio Govetosa, member of the Executive Board of Heineken Switzerland, also joins the SBC Board.

The Docteur Gab's brewery from Puidoux was also the 24th member to join the ranks of the brewers' association. Due to Corona, the General Assembly took place via video conference.
