Martin Candinas succeeds former National Councillor Alois Gmür, who is stepping down after more than twelve years in office. "I am delighted with this election," he says. "I will do everything in my power to continue the successful work of the previous President so that the SwissDrink Cooperative can continue to fulfill its diverse tasks for the more than 150 beverage wholesalers throughout Switzerland effectively, efficiently and profitably in the future.
With the well-established SwissDrink team, I would like to play an active role in shaping the Swiss beverage industry and promoting it economically. National Councillor Martin Candinas took up his presidency on May 1.
