Karine Finck has been Head of Human Resources and a member of the Executive Board of Feldschlösschen Getränke AG since October 2020. Most recently, she was Chief Human Resources Officer at a renowned watch company in Switzerland. Prior to that, she held management positions in internationally active companies from various industries, including beverage packaging and travel.
Karine Finck, 48, holds an Executive MBA (Business Administration) from LaSalle University, USA and has continuously trained in the digital transformation of HR processes as well as in HR development and coaching.
A native of France, she speaks fluent German and English in addition to French. With Karine Finck, three of the nine executive board positions at Feldschlösschen continue to be held by female members.
