Sarah Madritsch emerges as the winner of the 1st SWISS COCKTAIL OPEN with her drink "A Tale of Two Cities". The 25-year-old bartender from the Widder Bar in Zurich convinced the jury with a composition of a white and a dark Swiss rum from Orator, Belsazar White Vermouth, Amontillado Sherry and a homemade Black Lime and Coconut Cordial.

The finale of the 10th Swiss Nullpromille Trophy proved that Monday mornings and cocktails do go well together.
