A bouquet of tastings, wine courses and events is on offer. Go on a wine journey with the "Tasting Flights", for example "along the Rhône from Valais to Châteauneuf-du-Pâpe".
This is accompanied by aperitif plates with the escaped tapas from La Calà. On the wine list, insider tips take their place alongside rarities and old vintages. Exclusive drops are also drinkable by the glass and from time to time large bottles are opened.
In the separate tasting room, the basics of wine are taught in informal "master classes". Dry runs, non merci. In Caveau 7, it's all about tasting and studying.
