The bar boasts an avant-garde design that creates a warm and inviting atmosphere and can accommodate up to 20 people thanks to an optimized space concept. As if the bar itself were an immersive work of art, it merges with its surroundings and becomes a living part of the hotel's remarkable art collection. At the same time, the bar playfully takes up the association of canvas and color and reflects the artistic surroundings - not only in the mirrored ceilings.
The new design concept makes the Canvas Bar & Lounge not only an elegant place of enjoyment, but also a meeting place. Hotel guests and day guests linger here and socialize in an informal, cosy atmosphere. Head bartender Matthieu Doucet provides first-class cocktail experiences. In 2023, the Canvas Bar was named the best hotel bar in Switzerland under his management. The large selection of drinks ranges from classic cocktails and signature drinks such as the "Dolder Negroni" or the "Grand Espresso Martini" to trendy mocktails such as the "Novi Berry".
