Firewood, solar energy, geothermal energy, water from our own source and regional ingredients are used. Thanks to this cycle, no log, no kWh, no litre of water and no raw material is wasted, and biogas is produced from the combustion waste on a nearby farm.
It all started with the Swiss Premium Whisky from Macardo. Just in time for the opening, the noble distillery is launching three new limited-edition whiskies. The single malts "Opening Edition 1904" 42% by volume (1,904 bottles) and Cask Strength (904 bottles) as well as Chapter 1 "The Slightly Smoky" only in cask strength (345 bottles).
