The trio is complete

The collaboration between Mövenpick Switzerland and the Appenzell whiskey makers led to another fusion. The Gull trio is now complete with the new "Cold Brew & Cream Liqueur" variant.
Combining Cold Brew coffee with Säntis Malt Whisky.

All three varieties of The Gull are produced and bottled in small batches at the foot of the Alpstein by master distiller Thomas Gregor and his whisky team.

Only when the Appenzeller Säntis Malt Whisky has developed its full character is it allowed to rest on a delicious cream base together with the Mövenpick "Cold Brew". The freshly ground coffee is delivered shortly after roasting and "cold-brewed" in the cold-brew process before it marries with the Säntis Malt Whisky and cream. An absolute highlight when chilled!
