Founded in 2014 by visionary bartenders, the brand produces premium drinks without preservatives and artificial colors. Inspired by the soda fountain culture of the late 19th century and after years of tinkering in search of the perfect "bubbles", Three Cents mixers now enable the creation of perfectly balanced drinks in a matter of seconds.
The masterclass covered topics such as the influence of carbon dioxide on the perfect drink, serving long drinks and increasing efficiency with mixers. George Bagos guided the bar professionals through the tasting comparison. The most important learning? Large ice cubes, ice-cold glasses and smooth surfaces are the magic formula for the most sparkling drinks. The highlight was the world-famous Paloma, mixed with Three Cents Pink Grapefruit Soda, which was served to all participants.
