Rugenbräu brewery remains in Bernese hands

The two members of the management board of Rugenbräu AG, Remo Kobluk and Christian Schneiter, are taking over the traditional and largest independent brewery in the canton of Bern together with Bernese entrepreneur Bernard Fuhrer, owner and managing director of Brauerei Felsenau AG, and Dominique Gottret, a lawyer from Bern.

On May 20, 2025, the General Assembly of the Swiss Brewers' Association (SBV) accepted three new member breweries into its ranks: Landskroner Bräu AG from Grellingen, La Nébuleuse SA from Renens and Brauerei Hardwald AG from Wallisellen.
