The specifications for the recipes are demanding, but gave the participants a lot of freedom. Each recipe must include at least one Swiss product and at least one product from an international partner. One homemade product and one niche product are also permitted.
Who mixes the best cocktail in Switzerland?
In the meantime, all the recipes submitted have been checked and evaluated by an expert jury. The Barkeeper with the 24 best recipes will now present their cocktails at the final on 21 June 2021 in Zurich and compete for the title of "Best Cocktail of Switzerland 2021". They are:

SWISS COCKTAIL OPEN
For the winner of the SWISS COCKTAIL OPEN, there are exclusive prizes to be won in addition to the title of "Best Cocktail in Switzerland": For example, they can produce their own absinthe together with a top distiller. He/she will also receive a wildcard for the qualifying round in the category "Barkeeper of the year" at the 20th anniversary event of the SWISS BAR AWARDS 2022 and a report in the magazine "BAR NEWS".
