During the so-called appetiser hour in the evening, a plate with bread and either hummus, tomato or herb tapenade is served with the drinks.
The range is limited in size, but of high quality. The foreign wines in the range are extensively tested.
All employees were also heavily involved in the renovation: most of the work was designed and implemented by parts of the bar team. A cosy bar in Bern's old town where everyone gets their money's worth!
