At the beginning of 2020, the family business decided to diversify in order to overcome its financial difficulties. On 25 February 2020, the first alcoholic drink is discreetly sold. This is followed by a variety of cocktails, absinthes, beers and other specialities, most of which were brewed, vinified or distilled in the region.
Word-of-mouth spread quickly and Le Vestibule became the city's first speakeasy bar exactly 100 years after the start of American Prohibition. Enter - but whisper when you order.
