A tribute to Switzerland

To each canton its own Appenzeller

Appenzeller Alpenbitter says goodbye to its traditional motif, the world-famous Aescher mountain inn. The Jet d'eau in Geneva, the Grossmünster in Zurich and other Swiss landmarks now adorn the label of Switzerland's most popular bitter.
Designed to whet the appetite for excursions in Switzerland. The limited series "Destinations suisse".

For over 100 years, the Aescher-Wildkirchli mountain inn has adorned the label of Appenzeller Alpenbitter. Now this is over - at least temporarily. With the limited edition label series "Destinations suisses", Appenzeller Alpenbitter AG is putting other Swiss sights in the spotlight.

From Château Chillon to Einsiedeln Abbey and the Landwasser Viaduct in Graubünden, highlights from all 26 cantons are represented.

"With Destinations suisses, we want to support the Swiss tourism and hospitality industry, which has been hit hard by the Corona crisis," says Stefan Maegli, CEO of Appenzeller Alpenbitter AG. And finally, as one of the best-known and most typical Swiss spirits, Appenzeller Alpenbitter is not only at home in Appenzell, but in the whole country.
