From the Mediterranean to the Swiss mountains - this was the motto of the 15th Swiss cookery apprentice competition "gusto". At the final on 21 March, the nine apprentices with the best recipes cooked their starters and main courses at the Baden vocational school.
Two juries evaluated the finalists, one evaluated during the cooking competition and one tasted the dishes anonymously. Laura Loosli (Panorama Hartlisberg, Steffisburg) cooked her way to the top of the podium, followed by Yanik Hartmann (Seepark Thun) and Manuel Hofer (Stadtspital Triemli, Zurich).
