"A Tale of Two Cities" is Switzerland's best cocktail of 2021

Sarah Madritsch emerged as the winner of the 1st SWISS COCKTAIL OPEN with her drink "A Tale of Two Cities." The 25-year-old bartender from the Widder Bar in Zurich impressed the jury with a composition of white and dark Swiss rum from Orator, Belsazar White Vermouth, Amontillado Sherry, and a homemade black lime and coconut cordial.

The final of Nullpromille Trophy 10th Swiss Nullpromille Trophy proved that Monday mornings and cocktails do indeed go well together.
