The best cocktail in Switzerland is sought at the SWISS COCKTAIL OPEN. Professionals Barkeeper can show their creativity and innovative strength and compete with their colleagues.
Swiss products combined with international brands Attractive cocktails are created at the SWISS COCKTAIL OPEN, in which internationally renowned brands are combined with diverse products from Switzerland. Within the framework of the competition, partners have the opportunity to present their products in the best possible light.
From 3 March: Send in recipes!
Bartenders can submit their recipes on swisscocktailopen.ch from 6 p.m. on 3 March until 29 March. The points to be taken into account are set out in the regulations, which will also be available online from then on. All submitted recipes will be judged and evaluated by a jury at the beginning of April. The best 24 recipes will make it into the grand final.
Final on 2 May 2022 in Zurich
The finals are serious: the best 24 bartenders will meet in Hall 550 on 2 May 2022 for the finals and mix their cocktails live on site. The best six participants of the first round will compete in the final round on the same day for the big showdown, in which the best cocktail in Switzerland will finally be crowned. New: Networking Area and Table Fair
In order to improve the exchange between bartenders and competition partners, the tried and tested competition format will be expanded to include a networking area with an integrated table fair. This will create an ideal setting for personal exchange among professionals.
