Soleil d’Or, St. Gallen

In January, Benjamin Geisser and David Fraundorfer opened the Soleil d'Or restaurant and bar. The bar focuses on homemade dishes and creativity.

The flavoring of spirits, homemade syrups, homemade schnapps and fragrances creates tastes that guests have never experienced before. Innovative dishes are also served in liquid form.

The bar menu includes 17 cocktails, which were devised and created by bar manager David himself. All the classics are also on offer. There is also a snack package, French Gillardeau oysters and Oona caviar with homemade bellinis.
