The Valais and the Rhone Valley are the best terroir for growing the Williams pear thanks to their climate and particularly fertile soil. Jean-Pierre Morand, from the fourth generation of the family, is delighted: "In the Williamine sur Fruit, the distinctive, unique fruit aroma of the Williams pear comes out perfectly. It's like tasting the ripe fruit, which grows nowhere as well as in Valais."
Fabrice Haenni, managing director of the distillery, adds: "This is the fruity version of Williamine. It will convince all those who want to enjoy the unadulterated aroma of the best pear of our terroir."
