The new Ginger Beer from Gents is inspired by a handmade Ginger Beer fermented with lactic acid according to an old English recipe. In the
new product from the Zurich label founded in 2012, the freshness of lemon, the spiciness of pepper and the warming sensation of just-grated ginger come together in an enticing combination of scent, taste and mouthfeel. It makes for an all-round perfect London Mule with gins that place their accent on juniper and citrus. Gents CEO and product developer H.G. Hildebrandt: "We placed particular emphasis on a good mouthfeel, because Swiss drink gourmets are paying ever closer attention to how a mixer relates to the spirit. The Ginger Beer from Gents is convincing and also works without addition. My recommendation for the summer: White Vermouth and Ginger Beer from Gents!"
