At Le Tribute, the lemon peels are peeled and macerated. The essences of olive and lemon peel are distilled and a splash of seawater is added to the lemonade to bring out the flavours of olive and lemon and lead to a novel taste experience.
New is the most unusual product in the Le Tribute filler line so far. Old, on the other hand, is the use of parts of the olive tree. Olive leaf tea, for example, is drunk because of its high oleuropein content, a bitter substance with antioxidant properties.
