In 2004, Davidoff succeeded for the first time in an endeavour once thought impossible: rolling a cigar consisting of seven tobaccos with an even draw. Davidoff is bringing this cigar with a blend of seven different tobaccos back onto the market for a short time. In addition to the Habano wrapper from Ecuador, Olor Seco is used as the binder, and San Vicente Ligero, San Vicente Visus, Piloto Seco, Piloto Visus and Olor Seco are found in the filler - except for the binder, all tobaccos come from the Dominican Republic.
The first-class wrapper gives the cigar a balanced yet complex taste at the beginning with notes of earth, okoumé wood and walnuts. In the second third, notes of lemon, cream, salted caramel and latte indulge the palate and increase to an intense taste experience in a class of its own.
