The love of enjoyment and the fascination for the variety of flavors are my passion. I traveled to New York to learn the bar trade. On my return, I joined the team at Barfly'z Zurich, a cozy after-work bar with a wide selection of cocktails. On the side, I'm studying for my bar-tender's license.

1. who would you like to serve a drink to?
No special preferences; every guest is equally valuable. I treat everyone with the same attention and passion.
2. the first thing you do when you start work?
Greet the team and regular guests, inform myself about upcoming reservations and prepare everything.
3. what do you love about your job?
It fulfills me to see the joy and satisfaction of the guests and to make special moments possible for them.
4. what gets on your nerves the most?
Guests who take our work for granted and show hardly any respect.
5. what developments in the bar scene / drink trends are coming?
Non-alcoholic cocktails will continue to be in demand, sustainability will continue to gain in importance and experience gastronomy and hybrid concepts will be in high demand in the future.

My first day at work, when we were overrun and at the end we all raised our glasses together to a well-deserved end to our working day.

... a world where people would talk to each other again and where it would be less about status and superficiality.
8. what was the most extraordinary bar you have ever visited?
The 107 Sky Lounge in Las Vegas. An unforgettable experience: high-quality classic cocktails, creative signature drinks, combined with a 360-degree view.
9. you treat yourself to this once in a while?
A glass of my favorite whisky, Lagavoulin, 16J, with 3 drops of water.
