The twentieth edition of the Swiss Championship for Apprentice Chefs has attracted more participants than ever before: 111 young talents submitted a main course they had created themselves for the competition organized by Transgourmet/Prodega to promote young talent. Six of them have now made it through to the "gusto25" final, which will take place in mid-March 2025.
