At the final of the 12th Swiss Nullpromille Trophy the Matte Distillery in Bern, the competition was on to mix the best non-alcoholic cocktail, and there was plenty of shaking involved. Francois Bräuning from the Lenox Bar in Zurich and Michael Duc from the Atelier Classic Bar in Thun impressed the judges with their fancy and sparkling drinks "Back to the Roots" and "Be Mango."
