In the stylish, urban ambience and with a cosy terrace under the arcades, there is a choice of over 100 exquisite wines. A third of them are from Lake Biel, half from Switzerland and other excellent wines from Austria, France, Italy, Germany and Hungary.
Every week, a new selection of 15 to 20 wines is offered by the glass (from CHF 5.00 per glass).
In the mornings, Biel's Cocuma coffee, exquisite teas and croissants are served to atmospheric music. At lunchtime, for an aperitif or for dinner, you'll find seasonal salads, beef tartare, cheese patties or caviar from Frutigen (BE).
