Above the rooftops of Zurich, the finalists of the 11th Swiss Nullpromille Trophy mixed it up. They travelled from all over the country to present their non-alcoholic creations to an expert jury at Clouds Bar, Zurich.

The oldest Barkeeper competition for non-alcoholic cocktails was a great success again this year. More than 50 recipes were submitted by bartenders from all over Switzerland for this 11th edition of the Swiss Nullpromille Trophy competition. The finalists in the two categories have now been chosen.

The growing interest in drinks that are non-alcoholic, but nevertheless inspiring, is due on the one hand to the growing demand on the part of customers, and on the other hand to the quality of the drinks served. Marc Uthe mixes the best non-alcoholic cocktail in Switzerland

On 17 August 2020, the best Barkeeper competed in the grand finale of the oldest Swiss competition for alcohol-free cocktails in Bern. Marc Uthe made it to the top of the podium with his drink "Sangrial", a composition consisting of an alcohol-free alternative for gin, sangria syrup and a grapefruit lemonade.
