As part of the successful event series, the Valais distillery brings distillates from Wiliams pears and Luizet apricots into the cocktail shakers of professional bar people. After being held in Lucerne, Bern, Basel and Fribourg, the Morand Cocktail Workshop took place in St. Gallen in June 2023.

With the successful event series, the Valais distillery has been putting distillates made from Williams pears and Luizet apricots into the cocktail shakers of professional bartenders for years. After being held in Lucerne, Bern, Zurich and Basel, the Morand Cocktail Workshop now took place in French-speaking Switzerland for the first time.

Morand Cocktail Workshop on Tour

After successful runs in Zurich, Lucerne, Bern and Basel, the Morand Cocktail Workshop was held this autumn in Kemptthal, near Winterthur, after a corona-related break last year. 10 bar professionals from all over Switzerland were there when it came to putting creativity into the shakers.
