The three finalists each had to present two of their own creations to the jury - a short drink and a long drink. This challenge demanded not only creativity, but also technical skill. The jury then judged the cocktails according to numerous criteria. Below are the recipes for the impressive cocktail creations.

Short drink from Alessandro Cogoni

3 cl | Maker's Mark Bourbon Whisky |
3 cl | Miso Butter & Banana Skin Sherry (Homemade) |
1.5 cl | Bols Crème de Banana Liqueur |
0.5 cl | Morand Mixology Line - Quince |
0.5 cl | Macadamia Nut Syrup Monin |
Decoration: Isomalt emerald coin and banana siphon cake - Served on a wooden tray.
Preparation: Stir and strain, pour into a rocks glass over a large block of ice.

4 cl | Tequila Olmeca Altos Reposado |
4 cl | Makrut lime leaves, Sauterne & Coconut Cordial (Homemade) |
1.5 cl | Morand Mixology Line - Williamin |
1 cl | Jasmine Syrup Monin |
4.5 cl | Aegean Tonic Water Three Cents |
Decoration: Nasturtium gel and coconut liquid - served on a concrete holder.
Preparation: Shake and double strain, pour into a highball glass over a large ice spear, top up with Aegean Tonic.

2.5 cl | Le Tribute Gin |
6 cl | Grapefruit sorbet (Homemade) |
1 cl | Lemongrass Syrup Monin |
Decoration: Ground Timut pepper
Preparation: Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and serve in cocktail glasses.

4 cl | Rum Havana Club Añejo 7 Años |
2 cl | Rasperry Confit |
2 cl | Blackberry Shrub (Homemade) |
7 cl | Soda Water Three Cents |
Decoration: Edible flowers and edible glitter dust
Preparation: Pour the rum, rasperry confit and blackberry shrub into a shaker and toss. Pour into a highball glass with ice and top up with soda.

2 cl | Rum Havana Club Seleccion de Maestros |
1 cl | Tequila Olmeca Altos Reposado |
1 cl | Monin sugar syrup |
3 cl | Mead (Homemade) |
1 cl | Gonzalez Byass Sherry Palomino Pedro Ximenez |
Decoration: Honeycomb-shaped cookie
Preparation: Pour all the ingredients into a shaker and toss 2-3 times with ice. Then strain into a chilled glass and garnish.
Red Zora
Long drink from Noah Hoffmann

5.5 cl | Le Tribute Gin |
2 cl | Cranberry juice Ocean Spray |
3 cl | Beetroot / sour cherry and cranberry / lime cordial (homemade) |
3 Dashes | Angostura Cocoa bitters |
2 cl | Cherry Soda Three Cents |
Decoration: Beetroot chip
Preparation: Pour all ingredients except the soda into a shaker and shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled glass, top up with the soda and garnish.
