The SWISS COCKTAIL OPEN was only held for the first time last year. However, this does not change the fact that it is already the biggest cocktail competition in Switzerland. This year, the format again motivated Barkeeper from all over Switzerland to submit their cocktail recipes for the title of "Best Cocktail in Switzerland 2022".
By the end of March, more than 60 recipes had been submitted, which have now been anonymously evaluated by an expert jury. The best 24 recipes will now be premixed personally by the bartenders on 2 May 2022 in Hall 550 in Zurich-Oerlikon.

On Monday, 2 May, the grand final of the 2nd SWISS COCKTAIL OPEN will take place in Hall 550 in Zurich-Oerlikon . We are happy to hold the final in front of an audience this year, which unfortunately was not possible last year due to official requirements.
In order to promote personal exchange between trade visitors and partners, there will be a new networking area with an integrated table fair with around 16 exhibitors. We are looking forward to your visit!
